What we check
ESDC's list of employers that got a positive LMIA, Apr–Jun 2025 to Jan–Mar 2026 (latest list published 2026-07-21). Personal-name employers are not on it.

Caregivers: read this first
The Home Care Worker Immigration Pilots are closed. IRCC paused intake on December 19, 2025 with no reopening date. Anyone selling you a "caregiver pilot slot" or "guaranteed PR" right now is a red flag.
Also: families who hire caregivers usually use their own names, so they won't appear on the public LMIA list. Not found ≠ scam, but ask for the LMIA number and verify it with the employer and official channels.
